This is a group for support of fat people. We gather to prepare good food, share recipes and tips and stories, eat for nutrition, move with joy, and focus on our health rather than on numbers on the scale. We know it is hard to be fat. This is not a weight loss group, but losing weight is not a sin here. Most of all, we get together to create the community that is so essential to abundant life.
